Our Services

Therapeutic massage uses the movement of tissues, focusing on the superficial layers of muscles to improve the circulation. It relieves muscle tension and pain, increases flexibility and mobility and reduces stiffness by helping to clear lactic acid and other waste in muscles and joints.

Musculo-skeletal medicine

Musculo-skeletal medicine is a system of diagnosis and treatment. It is a collection of natural hands on techniques to improve function and reduce pain of the musculoskeletal system.

Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for the treatment or prevention of disease and is often combined with massage.

Many conditions are exacerbated by food intolerances and other allergies, leading to chronic illness. Research shows that as many as 45% of people are affected by food intolerance or sensitivity at some point in their lives.

Western medical herbalists are trained in orthodox medical diagnosis and use plant based medicines to treat their patients. This might include the use of teas, tinctures, oils, powders and creams. Herbalists treat a wide range of chronic and acute conditions. 

Treatment draws on knowledge of various natural health treatments including; massage, cranial osteopathic work, manipulation, acupressure, diet, advice on nutritional support, homeopathic remedies and herbalism.

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a system of muscle testing for evaluating the body. It is a diagnostic tool for investigating the causes behind illness and imbalances in health.
