Claire Hudson
Claire Hudson is a Medical Herbalist, who practices Massage and Aromatherapy and also has degrees in music and psychology.
She is the only registered, qualified Western Medical Herbalist on the Isle of Wight.
Claire qualified in 2011 with a BSc Hons as a Medical Herbalist after studying for four years both at the renowned Scottish School of Herbal medicine and at Middlesex University. She is a member of the National Institute of Medical Herbalists www.nimh.org.uk, which is the oldest professional organisation of practising medical herbalists worldwide. Claire keeps up to date with current research and skills through a commitment to continuing Professional Development.
‘I chose to study Medical Herbalism after receiving treatment for eczema. I was very impressed with the results, and having had a keen interest in complementary medicine for many years, decided that I really wanted to use this method of healing, with its emphasis on treating holistically, in order to help others.’
Claire believes in a holistic approach to healthcare and her treatments are tailored to the individual needs of her patients. She believes in addressing the imbalances between body, mind and spirit in order to find the underlying causes of illness rather than only treating symptoms. Her approach to treatment is gentle, sensitive and thorough, aiming to provide the best possible care for her patients.
Claire is also has Itec qualifications in both Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy.

Steve qualified with a degree in Chemistry, Life Systems & Pharmaceuticals. His interest in Naturopathy & Osteopathy was inspired by his own successful treatment in the early 1990’s. Since then he has qualified as a Naturopath.
He is interested by the role that dietary, nutritional and biochemical factors play in health.
He has worked closely with the Hyperactive Childrens’ Support Group, a registered charity.
Steve is a Registered Naturopath
He has been working as a professional healthcare provider for over twenty three years. He is registered with the General Council and Register of Naturopaths GCRN www.naturopathy.org.uk
